I trained in the Meisner approach at Ward Studio, in New York City and Sowelu Ensemble in Portland. I've also spent countless (maybe 10,000) hours at The People's Improv Theatre, in New York City. There, I learned the concept of humor. Which complemented my imagination and appreciation for large-egos, and cheap living.

Some of my favorite roles were as a local Portlandian in Pig and co-working 8 days a week in Sometimes I Think About Dying, which re-opened Sundance in 2023.

I also appeared throughout 3 seasons of the workplace/worklife comedy Shrill, and the supernatural NBC procedural Grimm .

I've got a lot of screenplays.
